Experience owning products across full lifecycle: discovery ? build ? launch ? scale
Strong background in Agile / Scrum with hands-on backlog and sprint ownership
Experience working with global teams, enterprise systems, and regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals
Lead 0-to-1 and redesign initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization
Own the product backlog using data-driven frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, OKRs)
Discovery & Customer Experience
Conduct user research, journey mapping, and funnel analysis
Identify pain points and opportunities to improve conversion, retention, CSAT, and adoption
Partner with UX to run A/B tests and iterative design improvements
Agile Delivery & Execution
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
Run Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint readiness and delivery quality
Manage dependencies across engineering, UX, data, QA, and business teams
Stakeholder & Program Management
Act as bridge between business, technology, and external partners
Align global and regional stakeholders on scope, priorities, and release plans
Drive delivery across multi-market and multi-team programs
Data & Performance Management
Define and track KPIs (conversion, funnel metrics, transaction success, CSAT, NPS)
Use SQL, GA, Mixpanel, Tableau, PowerBI to drive product decisions
Deliver executive dashboards and insights for leadership
