We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Product Owner

to join our growing team. This role requires someone who not only understands product ownership in agile environments but also brings

strong expertise in business analytics

to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

As a Product Owner, you will own the vision and roadmap for our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and customer-centric solutions. Your analytical acumen will be instrumental in shaping product features that are aligned with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own and define the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs Gather, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with a clear focus on delivering business value Leverage your business analytics experience to interpret data, identify trends, and inform product decisions Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams Conduct market, competitor, and user research to guide product development Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality product releases Monitor product performance and use data to iterate and optimize Present updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly

Required Qualifications

Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 3 years)

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment Proven ability to drive product development from concept to delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) is a plus
