Job Summary/Objective :

we are building products that connects those who involved in the automotive space vehicle parts and repair ecosystem. This seamlessly enables them to have an easier way to perform their day to-day business activities and manage customer service experience across the board.

OEC Chennai is looking out for talented individuals with product mindset and who want to be part of our 20+ years rich history in the automotive aftermarket business. We would require product individuals who has the passion to solve complex problems, takes pride in everything they do, evolve in the product space and loves to collaborate with others to bring about OEC's vision.

Core Responsibilities:

Be the Mindset: Execute deliverables with product mindset backed with key product metrics. Be the Catalyst: Drive and execute the product roadmap requirements, whereby defining user stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and liaising with various stakeholders to get on-time quality product deliverables. Be the Support: Be the go-to person for engineering and product managers to handle day-to day requirementsqueries. Be the Outcome: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including engineering, product, product marketing, analytics, sales and marketing, business development to bring positive product outcomes.

Required Skills

5 to 7 years of as product owner with hands-on experience in a product-based company. Ability to write user stories, use cases and?workflows,?simplify the requirements,?create mock ups?and?a good?understanding of system engineering concepts. Driven prioritization and collaboration with engineering teams in an agile environment using agile principles (example: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Generate feature acceptance criteria with develop team and testers Assist with functional testing, including reviewing and accepting or declining output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed. Hands on experience in development tools such as JiraAzureDevOps.

Hands on experience in UIUX wireframe tools such as figma, invision, lucidchart etc. Hands on experience in product L3 hyper care & feature support. Desired Skills [Good to have, but not mandatory] Automotive industry aftermarket experience desirable. Familiarity with project management tools. Experience in Postman, GitHub, SQL, data analytics tools. Exposure to GTM strategy alignment, done competitive marketRD analysis.
