ACBS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a team responsible for multiple platforms technologies within the ACBS suite. Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with all levels of users to gather business requirements. Clearly and concisely articulate clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements to the development team in the form of functional specifications.
• Analyze commercial lending client/market business needs to identify business problems and propose solutions.
• Participate in all areas of the SDLC, including but not limited to: feature design activities, user experience prototyping, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and sales support.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of ACBS Servicing and associated modules to effectively advise and direct client input to feature discussions.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients\xe2\x80\x99 commercial lending business. Follow industry trends and changes with a goal to become a subject-matter expert for our entire product offerings.
• Responsible for conducting individual and group training sessions and workshops.
• Act as second level support for escalated client issues.
• Consult clients on products and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Perform quality-assurance testing prior to client releases.
• Provide support for the sales team on new client opportunities.
• Assist in authoring product documentation and release notes.
• Assist in client conversion and implementation projects.

Candidate Profile:

• Mature and independent. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic and flexible. Respond well to changing priorities from different sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• 2-3 years experience in business analysis or related customer-facing role.
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the commercial loan market or supporting that market.
• Must be able handle stressful customer situations with poise.

• Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL helpful.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration protocols a plus.
• An understanding of commercial lending Libor Cessation and accounting requirements defined by FASB or IFRS a plus.
• Experience with the ACBS product suite a plus.
