The Data Program is a fast-growing team in charge of providing AI and advanced data solutions for manufacturing excellence and efficiency as well as for smart product development for the automotive industry. In order to meet the increasing expectations, we are enriching our team by recruiting a Product Owner.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Owner to lead our Data Engineering, Data Science and Generative AI (GenAI) software initiatives. This role is crucial for driving the development and integration of advanced AI technologies into our automotive products and services.
Role & Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for data engineering, data science and GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Roadmap Development:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with executives, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Data Management:
Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Agile Methodologies:
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve and optimize the product.
Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors/master's degree in computer science engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in working as a Product Owner on industrial scale projects in AI, Big Data & GenAI technologies.
• Certification of PSPO/CSPO is desired.
• Knowledge of Palantir and MS Azure is a plus.
• Experience of development, solution/architecture design is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision & interest in industrial & automotive topics
• Ability to work in international teams.
