Job Title: Product Owner
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Pune
:
- Looking for a Product Owner for a development project
- Good experience as a product owner or business analyst, preferably in the eCommerce domain
- Drives business requirements, analyzes them, reprioritizes and scopes for product increments/sprints
- Develops and directs the creation of schedules
- Coordinates between project teams and business users for user acceptance tests
- Responsible for creating epics, user stories, and grooming stories
- Defines acceptance and exit criteria for stories
- Clarifies team queries regarding business requirements and priorities
- Able to perform scrum master role, including scheduling ceremonies and driving scrum calls
- Coordinates resolution of impediments, capacity planning, and tracking metrics (burndown, velocity, etc.)
- Good experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFE)
- Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing/development partners to recommend and implement changes
- Leads or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives
- Acts as an expert in providing direction for process improvements and establishing policies
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
Process skills:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- PO certification is a must
- Project management experience is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (computer background preferred)
