About our client:
Our Client operates in the Electronics Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the United States. It has its branches spread to 5 offices, providing employment to more than 9,000 people all over the world. They fall in the Fortune 500 Companies. Their core business is designing, manufacturing and marketing of products for end-to-end transmissions.Responsibilities:

• Develop Cloud platform software and collaborate across engineering groups to maximize the use of common emerging platform technologies, conventions and technological building blocks.
• Communicate across functions and other stakeholders and drive engineering initiatives
• Introduce and maintain AGILE SDLC best practices in the team.
• Participate in Code Review, Technical design discussion
• Be a subject matter expert in the Public Cloud and On-Prem based platforms
• Craft project status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Understand product use case and communicate technically with local and remote engineering teams.
• Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.

• 10+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management.
• In-depth knowledge on NMS and other network software
• 7+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: Go and Python.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Hands-on knowledge on Public Cloud Services and infrastructure.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
• Well versed in Agile Project Management processes. Able to deal well with rapid changes and manage through long projects
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across global internal and external organizations and remote teams
• Education BE/B.Tech in Computer/Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering
