Requirements
10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role with custody securities business focus on payments and SWIFT ISO 20022 / ISO15022 projects, including a deep understanding message type, and related financial messaging protocols. Defining and prioritizing product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and analyzing business processes related to SWIFT payments and ISO 20022. This includes translating requirements for technical teams * SWIFT Messaging Expertise: Having a deep understanding of SWIFT payments, ISO 20022 standards, and the MT to MX transition, ensuring seamless system integration

• . Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Working with product/business teams and end-users, acting as a liaison between teams, and engaging with stakeholders like technical teams and compliance officers to ensure alignment on ISO 20022 changes.
• Experience with payment systems, financial messaging platforms, business requirements gathering, and documentation is also necessary.
