PRODUCT OWNER - UCPRO (ENTRY-LEVEL / GENERAL PROJECTS)
Role Overview
The Product Owner will support UCPro projects by coordinating requirements, managing simple backlogs, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the delivery team. This is a cross-project role, suitable for candidates with basic organizational skills and interest in product management.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and document requirements from stakeholders.
Maintain and update the product backlog with clear tasks.
Assist in defining project goals and timelines.
Support the team in sprint planning and reviews.
Ensure basic compliance and approval workflows are followed.
Track project progress and prepare simple status reports.
Communicate updates between vendors, users, and internal teams.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of software projects or product workflows.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to organize tasks and follow up with teams.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Willingness to learn Agile/Scrum practices.
Qualifications
Graduate degree (any discipline).
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, product support, or related roles.
Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome.
