Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in Agile Product management.
Knowledge of Capital Markets is preferred, specifically in the areas of Broker / Dealer and Trade Reconciliation
Should be good in product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product backlog and customer requirements.
Detailed interrogation of client needs
Should be good at defining the Product vision, and working closely with engineering, design teams to ensure that product goals are met.
Identifying, developing, and supporting business process change.
Product Owner will be working closely with a highly knowledgeable team, helping them analyze the needs and translating those needs into user stories and requirements for the dev team to realize.
BA will be adept at identifying edge-cases, error conditions, dependencies and impacts to other areas of the by developing a deep understanding of the current functionality and anticipate positive and negative impacts to other areas of the organization.
Basic knowledge of UI UX designs.
Should be good at Technical and Business writing, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use case diagram, flow charts, process flow etc
Good understanding of Functional as well as Non-Functional product requirements. Ability to work cohesively with cross functional teams includes developers, testing, client delivery team.
Hands on experience on JIRA tool, Confluence

Skills Required:

Good knowledge and understanding on BFSI with capital market domain
Experience on Jira board and Agile and SCRUM, planning
Knowledge on release planning at least at the product level
Excellent communication Skills
