About Zylu

Zylu is on a mission to revolutionize how salons grow and operate globally. We help salons

simplify bookings, grow revenue, and manage everything in one platform.

We're a small, product-driven team scaling across India and global markets like UAE, Saudi

Arabia, and UAE. Backed by real customers and revenue, we're building fast and lean - and now

we're looking for someone who wants to take charge of product as we grow.

What is in it for me?

You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback,
business goals, and tech constraints.

You will translate product requirements into clear, detailed, and testable user stories
with acceptance criteria.

You will plan and run weekly sprints with the dev team. Ensure clear sprint goals and
smooth delivery.

You will Validate feature completion, coordinate testing, and ensure quality before
deployment.

You will work with Customer Success to capture user pain points and feature requests.
Collaborate with developers and designers to shape solutions.

You will monitor product metrics (usage, retention, bugs) and suggest quick wins or fixes
based on data.

You will maintain release notes, product documentation, and internal guides for new
features.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or project management in a
SaaS/tech company

Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for managing tasks Strong communication skills to coordinate between non-tech and tech teams Analytical mindset with a user-first approach Ability to understand business context and customer workflows Comfortable with fast-paced, startup environmentsGrowth Path

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
