Key Responsibilities:

Prioritized Team Backlog Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog ensuring alignment with the product vision Iteration Planning Execution Leads iteration planning and execution ensuring user stories are completed E2E Dependency Management Identifies and mitigates Product related dependencies within the product team Customer Value Hypothesis Formulate customer value hypothesis and collaborate with Product team to refine and validate them Customer Feedback Loop Facilitates continuous feedback loops with customers Functional and non functional requirements Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders ensuring they are clearly defined and documented High Level Effort Estimations Input Provide high level technical effort estimations for service requests to assist in planning and prioritization Tech Documentation o SDD documentation Prepares detailed SDD documentation for dev team o Technical Product Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support product implementation and usage excludes API docs integration guides and system architecture User Service Requests Acceptance Criteria o Primary Ensures user service requests are aligned with the product vision and prioritized o Supportive Dev and Agile Coach assists in detailing and refining the user service requests Operations Manuals Develops and maintains operations manuals and other product documentation ensuring they are clear and useful for end users and internal divisions such as IT Operations Process Analysis Process flow diagrams Analyze and document existing processes identifying areas for improvement and creating process flow diagrams to support enhancements
