This Position reports to:


Chef d'equipe R&D

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement and Analytics Division in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Manage the entire lifecycle of product - from idea to release Stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and common understanding Document business requirements in the form of features, user stories, use cases and/or specifications with the highest possible quality, including acceptance criteria Collaborate with UX team to conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, elaborate on personas and validate problems.

Qualifications for the role:

Bachelors/Masters degree in science/engineering with 5+ years of professional experience in managing software product Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping (MVP/POC) and other techniques. Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes ( user story, sprint, epic creation, understanding of estimation and backlog grooming techniques must, TFS tool knowledge is a plus). Familiarity or knowledge of modern database technologies and coding languages/frameworks like Angular, .Net and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Understanding of system architectures and ensuring that application integrates well in the overall system architecture. Drive UI and UX activities (i.e. mock up creation, journey mapping , wireframe setup). Familiarity of PLC's and SCADA systems. Familiarity of Cybersecurity fundamentals. Experience in the area of IoT, IIoT, Predictive Maintenance and Asset Performance Management domain.
