Overall Objectives of Job:
The Product Owner (PO) is accountable for maximizing the customer's value of the product resulting from the work of the team. He / she is the sole person responsible for creating and prioritizing the Product Backlog. He / she must define vision of the product in close alignment with various global or local stakeholder across multiple hierarchical levels. He/ she needs to understand customers, market, competition, and needs to be able to identify trends and opportunities in each of these areas
Develops a clear customer-centric vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Intune product

• Liaises with technical experts, delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the service is balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs

The Workplace Service department is responsible for operation of a modern workplace for all employees and partners of the Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, applications, desktops, virtual clients (AVC/VDI), file services, Office 365, mailing, and other products. This opening is for a Product Owner who would be overseeing timely deliverables of applications to customers and end to end governance of applications while in Workplace Platforms. The individual will be responsible to make decision based on evidence to improve customer outcomes, improve efficiency and quality, organizational capabilities, and business results under challenging environments. The focus will be to constantly improve on what is being delivered by adopting an inspect and adapt mindset.
Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree preferably in IT, Business Administration or comparable degree.
• Work experience in an international environment desirable

Skills/Specific Tasks/Activities performed

• The role demands expertise in Intune, automation frameworks, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver solutions that bring forward the Intune optimization.
• Accountable for maximizing the value of the product, resulting from the work of the agile team that is responsible for the delivery of the product increments
• Prioritizes and manages the Product Backlog, including clearly expressing Product Backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions, representing the desires of the stakeholders in the Product Backlog and ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible
• Manages cross functional dependencies between epics and user stories in alignment with stakeholders
• Links objectives to key results to increase transparency how the outcomes of the product contribute to important priorities throughout the organization
• Ensures that the Team understands the backlog items to the needed level
• Ensures that product increments are delivered in high quality and iteratively considering customer and stakeholder feedback thus ensuring continuous product improvement
• Clearly points out and provides solutions for product-related impediments
• Collaborates with other Product Owners
