About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for their area and execution of key product initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data, and insights.

• Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Execution & Delivery

• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, effort, and business impact.

• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.

• Ensure product releases meet quality, performance, and outcome goals.

Customer & Data Insights

• Use data, analytics, and experimentation to validate ideas and measure success.

• Partner with Design and research to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate product plans, progress, and decisions clearly across teams.

• Align stakeholders around priorities and ensure shared understanding of goals.

• Champion the product vision and roadmap when needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Experience & Skills o 4+ years of experience in product management or a related role. o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. o Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. o Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. o Excellent communication and storytelling skills. o Good product judgment and can make decisions in ambiguous situations where there's no obvious answer. o Fintech experience is a plus.
