o Deep understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle, including claims intake, adjudication, and payment processing. o Stay current with industry standards such as HIPAA, EDI (837/835), and payer-provider workflows.
Agile Product Ownership:
o Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog. o Write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. o Participate in PI Planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions. o Ensure stories are ready for development and meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with engineering teams to review deliverables, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals. o Act as the voice of the customer and business during development cycles.
Stakeholder Communication:
o Create and deliver presentations and product demos to internal and external stakeholders. o Gather feedback and incorporate it into future iterations.
Process & Methodology:
o Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile environment. o Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Additional Responsibilities :
