Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and roadmap.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
Ensure alignment with staff augmentation goals and client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT services environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with staff augmentation models is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
