Product Owner - Enterprise Logistics Application (Inbound & Parts Planning)


Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Product Owner with strong Business Process Analysis capabilities to lead the Inbound and Parts Planning processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on process analysis and testing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will guide the scrum team, prioritize business requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure alignment during PI and Iteration Planning. Additionally, they will analyze and document system processes, execute tests, and collaborate closely with IT and supply chain stakeholders in an international agile environment.


Key Responsibilities:Own and prioritize the product backlog for Inbound and Parts Planning. Prepare Features for PI Planning in coordination with the Chief Product Owner. Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure delivery alignment. Analyze and design system processes based on business requirements. Execute and document functional and integration tests. Support agile ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Qualifikationen
Required Qualifications:Experience in logistics and supply chain, especially inbound and parts planning. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Project experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe). Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, FOSS, and Cloud technologies. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and test management tools. Advanced English proficiency: German language skills are a plus.

Preferred Personal Attributes:Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to coordinate complex topics and work in cross-functional teams. High level of initiative and self-management. Detail-oriented and reliable. Willingness to travel for onsite engagements (a few weeks as needed).
