Role Summary
The Technical Product Manager will play a central role in bridging product vision and execution alongside designers and engineers. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in the details: scoping complex systems, writing clear and actionable requirements, and translating business needs into scalable, buildable, testable solutions. The TPM will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data to ensure technical clarity, unblock delivery, and uphold the highest standards of product quality. This is not a project coordinator role, it's for someone who deeply understands software, someone who is highly skilled at breaking down work into manageable and actionable components, and works with humility, curiosity, and precision.
What you'll do
Own detailed product scoping and tech-facing requirements
? Translate business and product strategy into technical requirements, tickets, and test scenarios
? Write acceptance criteria, data fl ows, and edge-case handling with engineering and UX partners
? Participate in grooming sessions and support sprint planning with clear, build-ready stories
? Partner with UX and engineering to scope build phases, estimate eff ort, and unblock delivery
? Anticipate systems constraints, downstream implications, and dependencies early
Drive sprint execution, backlog health, and system clarity
? Maintain a structured, prioritized backlog with up-to-date context and dependencies
? Track feature delivery progress and support engineers in breaking down complex work
? Raise blockers early and provide product context to accelerate decisions
? Partner with QA to ensure thorough test coverage and release-readiness
? Document product and system behaviour in clear, reusable ways
Bring structure, service, and execution excellence
? Lead with a service mindset, your job is to bring clarity, not to control other teams' output
? Collaborate with Lead PM, UX, and engineering to uphold fast and focused execution
? Champion simplicity in documentation, UX, and system behaviour
? Help align tech execution with product vision without overcomplicating or overprocessing
? Embrace iteration: done is better than perfect, but clarity and alignment are non-negotiable
What success looks like
? Engineers and UX designers are unblocked and clear on scope, requirements, and context
? Stories are build-ready, test-ready, and delivered with minimal friction
? Technical documentation is consistent, current, and legible across teams
? Sprint plans are predictable, trackable, and refl ect real capacity
? Product decisions are well-informed by technical constraints, opportunities and UX considerations
? Engineering, UX and Product function as one tightly integrated unit
? Product execution is smooth, grounded, measured and scalable
Qualifi cations

Specifi cally, we're looking for:
? 5-8+ years in technical product, systems, or platform-facing product roles
? Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and data models
? Experience working with UX teams and familiarity with design workfl ows
? Hands-on experience writing technical requirements and user stories
? Proven ability to work closely with engineers and understand constraints and tradeoff s
? Experience with QA processes, edge case handling, and test case development
? Excellent written and verbal communication -- especially across functions
? High profi ciency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confl uence, Miro)
? AI literacy is a must
? Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, logs, and structured systems
? Experience in SaaS or multi-role platform environments is a plus
? Calm, curious, and collaborative: focused on building trust, not silos
