We are looking for a curious, structured, and tech-savvy

Product Operations & API Coordinator

to support the execution, documentation, and governance of modern, API-driven products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, offering hands-on exposure to how real-world tech products are built, reviewed, and scaled.
You will work closely with the core engineering team and directly with leadership on product workflows, API reviews, and release readiness. This position is ideal for early-career engineers or technically inclined professionals who want to build a long-term career in product operations, platform governance, or technical product management.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Execution
Support day-to-day product development activities by coordinating closely with backend and platform engineers
Track feature readiness, dependencies, and delivery status using structured product checklists and workflows
Ensure product releases meet defined completion, quality, and documentation standards
API & Technical Documentation
Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for APIs, features, workflows, and system behavior
Assist in reviewing API specifications, endpoints, request/response formats, and versioning updates
Maintain up-to-date internal product references to support engineering, QA, and future integrations
Process & Quality Enablement
Define and manage product readiness checklists to ensure nothing slips through gaps during development
Support QA efforts by validating feature scope against documentation and agreed requirements
Identify inconsistencies between implementation and product intent, flagging issues early
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between engineering, leadership, and operations by translating technical concepts into structured processes
Participate in product and architecture discussions, contributing clarity and documentation rigor
Learn how product decisions are made by shadowing senior stakeholders during reviews and planning sessions
Growth & Ownership
Gradually take ownership of product control workflows across releases and modules
Build a strong foundation in product governance, API lifecycle management, and operational excellence
Evolve into a senior product operations or technical product role over time

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Basic understanding of backend systems and APIs (REST fundamentals, endpoints, payloads, responses)
Exposure to Golang or willingness to learn backend concepts quickly
Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage structured checklists and documentation
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High curiosity for technology, systems, and how products are built
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with API documentation tools or formats (Swagger, OpenAPI, Postman, etc.)
Prior internship or project experience in backend, platform, or product teams
Understanding of software development lifecycles in startup or agile environments
Experience
Final-year engineering students or professionals with

0-3 years of experience

Suitable for candidates transitioning from engineering into product or operations roles
