Key Responsibilities

:



End to end operations. (Customer interaction, feedback, survey etc.,) Assist in user research, competitor analysis, and gathering insights from student feedback. Support the planning and documentation of new features, enhancements, and product flows. Help create wireframes, mockups, and product requirement documents (PRDs). Coordinate with Design, Tech, Sales, and Support teams for feature rollouts and testing. Conduct quality checks and prepare test cases for new releases. Monitor product performance using analytics tools and generate actionable reports. Stay updated on Ed-Tech and FinTech trends, suggesting ideas to improve user engagement.
