We are looking for a highly motivated

Product Operations Intern

to join our team and lead the development of our Operations Product. In this role, you'll dive deep into our current operations processes, identifying opportunities to implement automation and streamline workflows. Your primary objective will be to reduce manual tasks and enhance overall efficiency.

The Job

Work at the intersection of product, design, data, and operations to help shape and scale Atlys. Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm and pitch new feature ideas. Research tools, workflows, and competitor products to support product roadmap decisions. Dive into product data to identify issues, measure performance, and support hypotheses. Contribute to QA testing, documentation, and organizing user feedback.

Ideal Candidate

Curious and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Passionate about user experience with a strong bias for action. Strong written communication skills. * Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, or SQL is a plus.
