Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product displays as per brand guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for product availability.
Track inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements in product placement.
Ensure timely replenishment of products across locations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal planning.
Prepare daily/weekly merchandising reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with store staff and supervisors.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience
in product merchandising, retail, FMCG, fashion, or similar industry.
Good understanding of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
