Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility across digital and social Media platforms
Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
Create and curate compelling content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, and ad campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continually improve campaign effectiveness
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across social Media platforms
Collaborate with the design and tech teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to fine-tune positioning
Assist the sales team with product marketing collateral and customer-centric content
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What You'll Need:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or social media management
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and email marketing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A creative yet analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
