About the Role: We are seeking a creative and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to join our pioneering team in Bangalore. This is a crucial role as we prepare for the launch of Endbounce. You will be responsible for bringing our product to market, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring our value proposition resonates deeply with our target audience. If you're passionate about translating complex tech into clear, benefits-driven messages and driving product adoption, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, pain points, competitive landscapes, and market trends. Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, concise, and compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates Endbounce in the market. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to define and execute successful go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases. Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including website copy, product sheets, sales decks, blog posts, case studies, videos, and email campaigns. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and materials they need to effectively sell Endbounce. Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Endbounce, understanding its features, benefits, and competitive advantages inside out. Launch Management: Plan and execute impactful product launches, coordinating efforts across various internal and external stakeholders. Customer Insights: Work closely with customer success to gather testimonials, case studies, and understand customer journey and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Experience: 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a SaaS, B2B software, or technology startup environment. Storyteller: Proven ability to translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven customer stories. Content Creator: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse marketing content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, sales materials). Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Collaborator: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Market Savvy: Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Domain Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, sales automation, or data quality tools is a significant advantage. Location: Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Pay: ?24,446.31 - ?30,007.14 per month
