Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Product Marketing Manager
to drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our
logistics software solutions
. This role will work closely with
Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
to ensure that our offerings align with industry trends, customer needs, and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute
GTM strategies
for new software features and product launches.
Define
buyer personas and customer segments
for logistics and freight forwarding industries.
Work with
sales, product, and demand generation teams
to drive product adoption.
Product Messaging & Positioning:
Craft compelling
value propositions and messaging
tailored to logistics clients.
Ensure
consistent branding and messaging
across websites, sales collateral, and campaigns.
Create
case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports
to showcase product benefits.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research on
supply chain technology trends, customer pain points, and competitors
.
Perform
competitive benchmarking
to identify unique differentiators.
Gather customer insights to refine
product-market fit
and enhance the roadmap.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation:
Develop
sales tools, pitch decks, and training materials
to empower sales teams.
Collaborate with
demand generation teams
on lead acquisition strategies.
Monitor
marketing campaign performance
and optimize messaging based on data insights.
Product Adoption & Customer Engagement:
Work with the
Customer Success team
to improve onboarding and retention.
Develop
customer advocacy programs
, testimonials, and case studies.
Support
thought leadership initiatives
like webinars, blogs, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
years of experience in
product marketing for SaaS, logistics software, or supply chain solutions
.
Strong understanding of
freight forwarding, TMS, WMS, and supply chain technologies
.
Experience with
market research, competitor analysis, and GTM strategies
.
Excellent
communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
.
