About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Product Marketing Manager

to bridge customer needs, product development, and commercial execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical cross-functional leadership position--partnering with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing--to drive product success across its full lifecycle.

You will act as the

voice of the customer

, help guide product strategy, support revenue growth, and ensure strong execution of launches, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Leadership

Support the development and execution of product and marketing plans. Supervise and guide Application Engineers, Quoting Specialists, and other assigned team members. Serve as the customer advocate, translating customer needs into product, pricing, and marketing decisions. Partner with leadership to align initiatives with company objectives.
Product Marketing & Lifecycle Management

Support product lifecycle activities including concept development, design, testing, launch, and phase-out. Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to identify customer-driven product improvements and innovations. Help prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, feasibility, and ROI.
Commercial & Sales Support

Oversee day-to-day quoting activities to ensure accuracy, speed, and responsiveness. Partner closely with Sales to support customer relationships and revenue targets. Provide input into pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability. Work with Operations and Supply Chain to align product availability with customer needs.
Marketing & Brand Execution

Execute product marketing campaigns and product launches. Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and tools. Support trade shows, website updates, and social media initiatives. Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience

in product marketing, product management, or sales within a

manufacturing or industrial environment

. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and customer support. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to travel occasionally (domestic and international).
