Build and deliver sales enablement assets such as battle cards, one-pagers, and product pitch decks.
Amplify credibility by driving analyst, influencer, and customer advocacy initiatives.
Program Strategy & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support product adoption and revenue goals.
Leverage multi-channel tactics (email, paid media, social, events, webinars) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Content & Website Marketing
Own Adit's content marketing strategy--blogs, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, customer stories, and thought-leadership
Oversee website strategy and optimization, ensuring high-performing pages for SEO, conversions, and storytelling.
Partner with design and creative teams to produce brand-consistent, compelling assets.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership to ensure narratives are consistent and impactful.
Foster collaboration across marketing functions (demand gen, content, digital) for unified program execution.
Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs and track performance across programs and product marketing initiatives (pipeline contribution, website traffic, content engagement, ROI).
Provide insights and reporting to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Continuously optimize campaigns, positioning, and content based on performance and market feedback.
Vendor & Resource Management
Manage agencies, freelancers, and partners for content, creative, and web execution.
Oversee budgets and resources to maximize program impact and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
8-10 years of experience in product marketing and marketing program management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
Proven ability to craft positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies
.
Strong background in content marketing, SEO, and website optimization.
Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimize performance.
A candidate must be comfortable working in the 5 pm - 2 am
