Role Purpose
We are hiring for the role of Product Marketing Manager with experience in product marketing, specifically within the fintech sector, and a proven track record with POS solutions. This is an Individual Contributor role.
In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by owning the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives for Pine Labs product suite, working cross-functionally to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership.
The responsibilities we entrust you with:
Integrated marketing campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across offline and online channels to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
Positioning & messaging: Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to merchants and channel partners.
Market research: Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Pine Labs' POS solutions both internally and externally
Sales Enablement: Embed yourself within the sales team and equip them with strategy and content that will boost win conversions. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and competitive battlecards, to empower the sales team.
Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM): Planning and execution for new product features, enhancements, and launches, ensuring seamless coordination across product, sales, and marketing teams. Collaborate with brand, event, and performance marketing teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Competitive Intelligence: You will conduct research, build points of view, and collect crucial information on our competitors and their product stacks and disseminate the same within our organization.
Collaborate with product management: Influence the product roadmap based on market feedback and customer needs.
What matters in this role
Relevant work experience:
Product marketing experience, with a focus on fintech and demonstrated expertise in offline POS solutions
Strong understanding of the payments landscape, merchant needs, and fintech industry trends
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for B2B fintech products
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to drive business outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and measure marketing impact
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Years of work experience:
3-5 years of product marketing experience.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
