Key Job Responsibilities
:
Sales Assignments
Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
Evaluate changes to the marketplace and the industry and adjust sales plans accordingly. Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
Set up sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors' purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
Collect Sales Funnels and Forecast in Mindray's standard form from all Mindray distributors in the Territory and send over the updated information to Mindray before 15th of every month.
Follow up key projects / tenders in hand with distributors and provide necessary support to the distributors. Key projects and tenders will be defined together with Mindray sales manager according to the sales funnels.
Visit key accounts with distributors and help distributors to build up Mindray reference hospitals in each state in the Territory.
Marketing Assignments
Provide sales and product training to Mindray distributors.
Assist Mindray to attend various conferences/exhibitions, including but not limited to the IVD products related conferences.
Work with Mindray sales manager to develop applicable media promotion plans, including but not limited to advertisement on magazines, journals of certain influence in local medical device market.
Identify potential key high-profile hospitals in the Territory that Mindray should try to penetrate. And set up a plan for penetration in those hospitals together with Mindray sales manager. Interface with external constituencies including local regulatory officials, legislators, exhibitions/congress, members of medical associations and others as appropriate.
Reagent Inventory and projection
Presales support to the Sales team to maximize the sales potential.
Ensuring the customer is happy with our product, understanding of customer needs and identifying if there is a gap to make sure we can serve them better
Product registration to the appropriate authorities and stakeholder as per the requirement.
Key Criteria or Qualification
:
Experience - At least 10 years of experience in IVD segment (Hemat should be the highest and latest experience), core experience in technical areas and product marketing in Haematology area is needed in the medical devices industry.
Educational Requirement - BSc / Msc in life science, any higher education related to the field will be appreciated.
Communication skills - Excellent communication skill with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
