. Maintain consistent messaging across website, pitch decks, campaigns, and PR.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

Partner with product and marketing teams for every new feature or release. Develop

GTM plans

-- including positioning, launch assets, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and impactful launches.

Market & Customer Insights

Conduct

market intelligence

-- understand competitors, trends, and buyer personas. Identify pain points, use cases, and language that resonates with target audiences (advisors, tech providers, procurement teams, etc.). Share insights with product and leadership to guide roadmap and GTM decisions.

Sales Enablement

Create and maintain

sales collateral

: decks, battlecards, case studies, comparison sheets, ROI Calculators, and one-pagers. Train sales and customer success teams on product messaging and objection handling. Build content that helps move prospects through the funnel.

Product-Led Content

Create engaging product content -- demos, explainers, case studies, blogs, playbooks Drive content usage across campaigns and sales motions to support pipeline creation

Customer Advocacy

Build and manage relationships with key customers Develop references, testimonials, and success stories to strengthen credibility and proof points

Performance Tracking

Monitor launch effectiveness, adoption metrics, and content engagement Report learnings and recommendations to continually refine the GTM strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Growth Marketing to align product messaging to campaign initiatives Partner with Customer Success to enhance retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities
