Job Title : Product Marketing Lead
Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Navi Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for hardware and software products

• Lead end-to-end product launches with clear timelines and measurable outcomes

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• Gather and apply customer and market insights to refine strategy

• Oversee creation of sales enablement and product marketing collateral

• Track and optimize product marketing KPIs

• Build strong understanding of product technology and simplify complex concepts

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Product Marketing team

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Strong experience in product marketing for hardware and software products

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
