Job Description

Job role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in marketing B2C mobile apps.

You will work closely with our product and growth teams to craft campaigns that attract users, communicate

product value, and improve app adoption. This role requires a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, app

store dynamics, and unconventional growth levers.

Skills & Requirements?

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing mobile B2C products.

- Strong understanding of user journeys in mobile apps -- from install to retention.

- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and app launch strategies.

- Creative mindset with the ability to identify and execute on unconventional marketing ideas.

- Knowledge of tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.

- Experience in crafting user communication: in-app messaging, push notifications, and onboarding

flows.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bonus: exposure to influencer-led or community-led app growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature launches and app updates.

- Work closely with design and product teams to refine user communication and positioning.

- Drive organic user acquisition through ASO, content marketing, and referral campaigns.

- Plan and execute unconventional growth experiments (e.g., micro-influencer drops, viral stunts,

partnerships).

- Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs to identify activation and retention levers.

- Create messaging frameworks and value props that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

- Keep a close eye on competitive apps and category trends to guide marketing strategy.

- Iterate on campaigns based on real-time data and feedback.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
