Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive product marketing strategy across Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical product portfolios.
Lead revenue growth and market penetration initiatives in line with business targets.
Define product positioning, key messages, and scientific narratives for healthcare professionals.
Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across regions and brands.
Lead, manage, and develop product marketing and field support teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with field execution.
Build and strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and opinion leaders.
Oversee distributor, stockist, and channel coordination to ensure consistent product availability.
Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, prescription behaviour, and customer insights.
Provide structured market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Plan and execute national and regional new product launches from strategy to field rollout.
Lead product training programs for sales teams, ensuring strong product knowledge and competitive clarity.
Ensure effective deployment of promotional tools, campaigns, and scientific communication materials.
Review and approve sales forecasts, launch plans, and market development strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, ethical marketing standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in Pharmacy or Ayurveda.
Minimum
5+ years
of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic product marketing roles.
Proven experience handling product strategy, field force coordination, and product lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of prescription behaviour, market access, and distribution dynamics.
Ability to translate scientific data into clear, effective marketing and sales narratives.
Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and leadership.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with high ethical standards.
