The Global Consumer Strategy & Integrated Planning team is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the end-to-end business and planning rhythms across the Consumer organization.
The India Cycle Planning Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining a rolling 12-month plan to hit high level growth and profitability goals for India, in line with the long-term financial goals. This person drives cross-functional alignment and accountability to deliver on key business outcomes, including revenue growth, margin expansion, market share, cycle to assortment plan accuracy and maximized VF, with a focus on strategic planning 9-12 months out.
This role requires a strategic operator with a strong command of cross-functional business planning, deep understanding of the regional consumer dynamics, and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver synchronized, insight-driven, action-oriented plans.
