As we scale and launch AI-driven integration experiences, we are looking for a

Senior Product Marketer

to lead go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives to drive product adoption and customer success.

About the Role

We are seeking a

strategic and hands-on

Senior Product Marketer who can shape the narrative (messaging, positioning), define the customer journey, and accelerate user adoption for our suite of integration products and eCommerce growth solutions through both traditional GTM and product-led growth approaches. The person in the role will partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to build scalable growth loops, enhance product experiences, and drive qualified pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging:

Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for our integration products, tailored to our key customer segments (eCommerce managers, IT heads, ERP stakeholders, etc.)

Go-To-Market Strategy:

Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, enhancements across Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and ERP integrations. Own the product marketing roadmap in collaboration with product and sales leaders. Build programs that shorten the sales cycle and improve win rates.

Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy

Design in-product experiences that drive onboarding, activation, and feature adoption. Collaborate with product and UX teams to define free trial or freemium flows where applicable. Use data to optimize onboarding sequences, in-app messaging, and engagement nudges. Help create self-serve resources (interactive demos, help centre content, tooltips) to improve product stickiness.

Customer Insights & Market Research:

Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and industry research to inform product positioning and content strategy.

Sales Enablement:

Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, product one-pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, and case studies to support the sales team in closing deals faster.

Content Development:

Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and other relevant topics to create informed and valuable content. Create high-impact product-focused content like blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, landing pages, and email campaigns. Collaborate with product team, sales team, project team, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content where required. Work with the SEO team to implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve organic search visibility for relevant keywords. Develop and execute strategies for promoting content across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships, to increase visibility and engagement.

Customer Success & Advocacy:

Support customer onboarding and retention efforts by articulating product benefits and capturing success stories and testimonials for social proof.

Metrics & Optimization:

Define KPIs, monitor performance of campaigns and product marketing efforts, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What Were Looking For

5-6 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, integration tech, or eCommerce platforms. Experience driving or supporting product-led growth initiatives is a strong advantage. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Experience in conducting customer research and translating insights into strategy. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and outcomes.
