Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our software products (Website and Mobile Application). The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Development and design team to ensure our product meet the set requirement and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.

Product Development:

Collaborate with Development and design teams to build and launch products. Act as the product manager in agile development cycles.

Market & User Research:

Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback. Identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches. Communicate product plans and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications And Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT or software development. Overall Experience should be more than 7 or less than 10 years. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms. Experience in team handling.
