Job Requirements
Role Title: Product Manager - Trade Finance
Job Purpose: The job purpose is to be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing Trade Finance products and services, including Remittances, Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Pre/Post Shipment Finance. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions, drive product innovation, and support the bank's digitization journey in trade finance.
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance Trade Finance product offerings across remittances, export/import collections, LC/BG, and pre/post-shipment finance.
• Customize products and services to meet client requirements in the Commercial Banking segment.
• Provide transaction structuring and advisory support to Trade Sales teams for client solutions.
• Own product-level P&L, pricing strategy, portfolio management, and MIS reporting.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk teams during product development to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth delivery.
• Drive product innovation, differentiation, and digitization initiatives.
• Design and develop integrated digital platforms for corporate clients to enhance trade finance experience.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct product training sessions and seminars for internal teams and clients.
• Partner with fintechs, intermediaries, and clients to promote digital ecosystems and grow trade finance business.
• Support day-to-day transaction structuring and approvals in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adapt product offerings accordingly.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any graduate
Post-graduation: Any post graduate
Experience :5 to 10 years of relevant experience in trade finance product management.
