Job Role
- Streamline delivery and service process of Privy League program to enhance customer experience
- Track Privy League program performance and analyze the same
- Drive strategic business objectives through Privy League program, customer relationship enhancement initiatives and process linked initiatives.
- Resolve channel queries with regard to the Privy League proposition
- Drive campaigns to improve business performance
- Liaise with marketing team to improve programme deliverables to enhance customer experience. Tracking and modifying all customer-facing elements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Inclination towards Business Analysis and Processes.
