About the Role:
We're looking for a technically strong
Product Manager
with 3+ years of experience to lead the development of our internal
Nursing App
, used by staff across India. You will own the product lifecycle: from discovery to launch and optimization, ensuring that internal tools enhance operational efficiency, support clinical accuracy, and align with measurable business goals.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and product manager to turn on-the-ground staff needs into smart, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do:
Advocate for internal users: conduct usability research, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve the experience
Translate operational needs into clear product requirements and functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria)
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business metrics (e.g., task completion time, error reduction, user adoption)
Lead full product lifecycle: prototyping, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring
Work alongside developers and designers to ensure technical feasibility, maintain data quality, and enhance user experience
Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., process efficiency, user engagement, error rates), and use data-driven insights to drive improvements
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in medtech, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
Strong technical foundation: confident working with APIs, system architecture, data structures, and engineering teams
Deep understanding of product development frameworks and agile practices (MVPs, sprints, A/B testing, continuous discovery)
Strong analytical thinking; hands-on with tools like Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, or Python for quick analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills--able to bridge business, technical, and field stakeholders
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable in async, globally distributed teams
Empathy, structured thinking, and a passion for solving real operational problems
