An Ideal Candidate:
In product or category management within the hardware, printing, or related sectors. A commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving product-based sales targets. Excellent communication, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Applies a fact- and data-driven approach with strong attention to detail, while maintaining both macro and micro perspectives. Possesses a hybrid mindset - both office-smart and street-smart.

Roles & Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle & Category Management

  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for assigned hardware products from launch to phase-out
  • Monitor product sales, inventory, profitability, and overall category health across all channels
  • Identify gaps in the product portfolio and recommend new product introductions or rationalizations
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
  • Define and implement GTM plans in coordination with sales, marketing, and HQ teams
  • Support local campaigns, pricing structures, bundling, and promotional strategies
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials (e.g., product decks, training guides, comparison charts)
Sales Target Ownership
  • Own the product category's annual sales and revenue targets, working closely with regional sales teams
  • Regularly review sell-in/sell-out reports, identify performance gaps, and develop corrective action plans
  • Proactively support field teams and partners in achieving their quotas through product-driven initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate with APAC/HQ on product roadmap alignment, pricing, benchmarking, and forecast planning
  • Engage with supply chain teams for demand forecasting, allocation, and inventory optimization
  • Partner with service teams to provide technical product support and address field issues
Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
  • Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor movements to maintain category competitiveness
  • Leverage customer feedback to inform future product improvements and positioning strategies
