Your mission will be to help government, education and manufacturing organizations solve their operational challenges by providing a next-generation enterprise work and asset management platform that will result in smarter and more efficient maintenance and operations. With Brightly\' s complete suite of intuitive software solutions - including CMMS, EAM, Strategic Asset Management, Smart Automation (IoT), Sustainability and Community Engagement - we help our clients realize a future were efficient operations and smart assets power sustainable communities. . Develop Business and Market Requirement documents, and work with your peers to translate these requirements to inform the roadmap and execution plan. . Become a subject matter expert in relevant product domains, and develop an understanding of target markets and users, to guide product decisions . Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria . Serve in the role of Product Owner in an agile development environment including developing and maintaining a robust backlog writing and refining user stories . Responsible for communicating priorities and goals at the beginning of each sprint in accordance with release goals, roadmap, and associated timelines/dependencies . Serve as the champion of the customer experience and partner with UX/design, product counterparts and professional Services to deliver delightful user experiences across all customer touchpoints . Establish and foster key relationships with clients, & domain experts to leverage in meeting market needs Requirements . Minimum 1 year experience as a Product Owner (SaaS B2B experience preferred) . Strong evidence of working with engineering on communicating commitments and delivering results . Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision making . Experience working with and influencing product development teams and driving them toward a common customer and business vision all the way through to delivery . Experienced at developing user stories and acceptance criteria and communicating business value to the engineering team . Experience in Agile processes and principles . Superb communication skills for both oral and written communication ability to communicate confidently across all levels in the organization. . Bachelor\'s Degree in business, Computer Science or other analytical or business acumen-based field . Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time . Knowledge of asset management is beneficial High energy level, sense of urgency and intellectual curiosity, confident, thorough, not afraid to make decisions, oriented toward practical solutions.
