Job Requirements Job Title: Product Campaign Strategy - Assets Business Xsell Roles and Responsibilities:
Spearhead the campaign planning and strategy objective on the existing to Bank customer base by innovating on derived data variables and optimizing on the communication channel mix.
Co-ordinate with BIU and Analytics team to add intelligence on the existing ETB customers for effective cross-sell
Strategize the effective communication channel mix to minimize the CAC
Explore alternative communication channels that will boost cross-sell penetration
Month on month tracking and Improving the Cross Sell product portfolio KPIs through analysis and strategic initiatives
Build and innovate on the existing voice bot and drive it as a COE to establish the same as a profitable channel of acquisition
Track campaign KPIs by channel to identify gaps and strategize for better performance month on month
Collaborate with the Call Centre team for optimizing the dialer strategy to maximize the outbound and inbound conversions
Ensure that MIS are shared on regular basis to respective.
Key Skills:

Strong MS Excel skills to drive data-driven decision making, reporting and campaign base preparation

Education Qualifications: Post Graduation: MBA/PGDM preferred Graduation: Any Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product management
