Job Title: Product Manager - Consumer Durables (Business Presentations & Sales Management)
Job Purpose
This role is central to driving executive-level business storytelling and decision-enablement for the Consumer Durable business. The Product Manager will own and deliver high-stakes business presentations--including MD Decks, Board Meeting Decks, BH Review Decks, and ad-hoc strategic presentations--ensuring precision, clarity, and executive-grade visual impact. Beyond presentations, the role will conceptualize, implement, and optimize sales enablement strategies, and own the MIS ecosystem (dashboards, automations, logic optimization) to drive productivity, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end creation of MD Decks, Board Meeting Decks, BH Review Decks, quarterly business reviews, and strategic initiative updates.
• Translate complex data and strategy into crisp narratives, executive-ready visuals, and actionable insights.
• Maintain a centralized deck repository with version control and standardized templates.
• Drive storyboarding, content structuring, visual design, and executive summaries tailored to leadership expectations.
• Core Criteria: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced layouts, master slides, charts, animation, SmartArt, storyboarding, template governance).
• Designing & execution of R&R and contests for the FTEs during season to drive sales & reduction in total costs by increasing the productivity of thus resulting in lower COA
• Managing the E2E life cycle management of FTCs - On-boarding to Off-boarding
• Own the MIS framework: design, optimize, and automate dashboards for real-time visibility into sales, inventory, channel performance, pricing, promotions, and revenue KPIs.
• Reduce manual MIS: build data pipelines, reusable logic, and standards to minimize repetitive work.
• Publish weekly/monthly insights with trend analysis, variance commentary, and predictive flags.

Required Skills

• Presentation Excellence: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong storytelling and visual communication.
• Data & Analytics: Advanced Excel
• Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Teams for communication.

Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Any
Post Graduation: MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in of relevant experience in sales excellence, product management, or financial services.
