About the Role

We are looking for a

Product Manager

with expertise in the

finance domain

and strong exposure to

AI/ML-based products

. The ideal candidate should have experience in defining product strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative AI solutions tailored for

financial services, fintech, and banking products

.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven finance products. Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, data science, and finance teams to translate requirements into impactful solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, stakeholders, and users. Design user-centric financial products leveraging AI/ML for risk management, fraud detection, predictive analytics, investment insights, or automation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security. Track KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate based on feedback. Act as the bridge between business, technology, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5-10 years in Product Management with hands-on exposure to finance and AI/ML products. Strong knowledge of financial services, fintech, or banking domain. Proven experience in launching and scaling AI-powered financial products. Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills

Certifications like Pragmatic Institute PMC, CSPO, or AIPMM. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment for AI solutions. Prior experience in AI/ML frameworks and data-driven product design. Understanding of financial compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, RBI guidelines).
