Marketing strategy & brand management: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and brand objectives for the wound/burn care portfolio to drive adoption and revenue growth. Promotional tool development: Co-ordinate with third party agents/sub-distributors to design, develop and ensure timely delivery of required promotion inputs Clinical application support: Coordinate development of product application videos, clinical case studies, and real-world usage documentation to enhance product understanding and credibility Training & educational initiatives: Develop and conduct structured training schedules for internal/sub-distributors//' teams and external stakeholders to ensure strong product understanding and consistent messaging. In-Service program management: Strategically plan and track in-service educational programs across hospitals for doctors and nursing staff to drive clinical engagement and product familiarity Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with the sales force to resolve field queries, build customer testimonials, and gather insights to refine product messaging and strategies. Conferences & congresses: Lead the planning and execution of participation in surgical congresses, medical conferences, and any other scientific platforms Market research & competitive intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats Fieldwork: Regular fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities. New product: Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes Inventory planning: Facilitate inventory turnover and availability of samples and promotional inputs by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and supply schedule
Desired candidate profile:
Education:
Bachelors (any) + MBA in Marketing
Experience:
2-4 years in product/brand management within Wound, Burn Care or Surgical care segments in medical devices/Pharmaceutical industry
Desirable skills & attributes:
Strong cross-functional coordination skills Effective communicator and presenter with a keen eye for detail Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and conference participation Experience with educational programs, digital marketing, and HCP engagement programs can be an added advantage
