We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to own, manage, and drive the success of our logistics-tech products from start to finish. You'll lead a dedicated team of designers and engineers, ensuring we build products our customers truly value.
What You'll Do
Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead product launches, ensuring clarity, timely execution, and measurable success.
Regularly engage users, understanding their problems, and turn insights into product improvements.
Clearly communicate and coordinate with designers, frontend, and backend engineers.
Analyze metrics to improve user experience, increase revenue, and ensure product scalability.
Take responsibility for product outcomes, driving continuous improvements based on customer and business feedback.
Lead AI-driven product initiatives

Your Experience
4-5 years of core product management experience.
Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams.
Experience working with Agentic AI workflows
-- demonstrable background building or shipping AI-powered products (preferred).
Familiarity with logistics/freight or B2B SaaS products preferred.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams.
Flexible to join evening calls twice a week (IST evening hours) to sync with U.S. teams.
