We are seeking a

Product Manager

with extensive hands-on experience in full cycle of Product planning, stakeholder management, product management, market research along with expertise in Agile.

What You'll Do

Partner closely with the CEO/CTO to define, drive, and communicate the

product vision, strategy, and roadmap

, ensuring alignment across all teams and preventing silos. Own the

entire product lifecycle

--from discovery and strategic planning to delivery and iteration--ensuring seamless execution in close collaboration with the Project Manager. Prioritize and define product features, enhancements, and innovations based on

market research, customer needs, competitive analysis

, and input from key stakeholders, with a specific emphasis on the

financial services domain

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, compliance) to write detailed

requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

. Conduct

user research, usability testing, and customer interviews

--particularly with finance professionals--to validate features and discover new product opportunities. Work alongside Customer Success to identify and resolve issues affecting

finance users and institutions

, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Manage and refine the product backlog using

JIRA or similar tools

, consistently prioritizing tasks that drive the greatest impact. Monitor key product metrics and financial performance indicators to inform decisions and measure success. Continuously seek ways to improve collaboration, product development processes, and communication across the organization. Collaborate with fellow product managers to ensure alignment and cross-product excellence.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science

, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

.

5+ years of product management experience

, with

at least 2 years in the finance or fintech domain

(e.g. payments, banking, investing, accounting software, B2B finance platforms). Proven success managing the lifecycle of

SaaS products

, ideally in the

B2B financial software

space. Deep understanding of

agile product development methodologies

and modern product management practices. Strong experience in

user research, market research, and data-driven decision making

. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts for a diverse audience. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with

financial data and product analytics

to inform strategic decisions. Proficiency with tools like

JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms

(e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker). Experience working in a

regulatory or compliance-heavy environment

is a plus. Familiarity with

design thinking and outcome-driven innovation
