Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Travel Tourism Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's
degree preferred with Business analytic and Data science
5 years of experience in product development or management within the
tourism, hospitality, or related industries.

A Product Development Manager

is responsible for identifying and developing new
products, services, and experiences that meet the needs of the company target
market. They work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales,and
operations, to bring products to market successfully. This includes conducting
market research to identify customer requirements, assessing the competition, and
developing a strategic plan for product development.they are responsible for
creating a budget and timeline for development, working closely with suppliers and
vendors, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards and comply with
regulations, must be creative and innovative. They must be able to think outside the
box and come up with unique and memorable products and experiences that set
their company apart from competitors,

Product Development and Planning

:
Experience in developing new travel products and experiences that align with
market demands and company objectives. This involves conceptualizing
unique itineraries, activities, and packages that appeal to target
demographics. A deep understanding of various destinations, including cultural attractions,
landmarks, accommodations, and local activities, to curate compelling travel
itineraries Ability to assess risks associated with product planning and implementation,
and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues or disruptions.
Coordinate with Marketing team to promote contracted products and
services effectively.

Market Research and Analysis:


Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer
preferences, and competitive offerings, both academic and on-site to design
immersive experiences, stay informed about industry trends, competitor
activities, and pricing strategies.
Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer
preferences, and competitive landscape within the tourism industry. This
involves using various research methods such as surveys, focus groups, and
data analysis to gather insights
Skill in analyzing competitors ; products, pricing strategies, and marketing
tactics to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation
Understanding of consumer behavior within the tourism sector, including
factors influencing travel decisions, purchasing habits, and evolving
preferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
