About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with organizational strategy.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback evaluation.

Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.

Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver products on time.

Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs and business impact.

Monitor product performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvements.

Coordinate product launches, ensuring proper communication and documentation.

Identify risks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in tools like JIRA, similar.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Background in technology, SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products.

Understanding of UX/UI principles.

MBA or relevant certification in Product Management.
